1. Material preparation stage:
Material selection: Select the appropriate steel plate or steel strip as the raw material, usually carbon steel or low alloy steel.
Cutting and leveling: The selected steel plate or steel strip is cut and leveling according to the design requirements for subsequent processing.
2. Roll molding stage:
Cold rolled coil: the treated steel plate or steel strip is rolled through the cold rolling machine to form a cylindrical or square steel pipe.
Welding: The rolled steel plate or steel strip is welded through the welding equipment to form the master pipe of the steel pipe.
3. Pipe forming stage:
Forming: The welded steel pipe is formed by the forming machine, so that it has a cross-section of round, square or other shapes.

4. Welding stage:
Internal and external welding: internal and external welding of the formed pipe, usually using submerged arc welding, high-frequency induction welding or resistance welding and other welding processes.
Weld treatment: The appearance inspection and magnetic particle inspection of the welded pipe weld are carried out to ensure that the welding quality meets the requirements.
