The production of galvanized steel sheets begins with the preparation of the base material, typically cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel plates. These plates are then subjected to an acid pickling process to remove surface oxides and contaminants, ensuring a clean surface for the subsequent zinc coating.
After acid pickling, the plates undergo further pretreatments to enhance their surface condition for zinc coating.
