1. Material preparation stage:
Selection of raw materials: Choose high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel as raw materials for oil casing.
Steel cutting: The raw material steel is cut into the appropriate size of the tube blank for subsequent processing.
2. Heat treatment stage:
Heating: The tube blank is heated to improve its plasticity and facilitate subsequent forming.
Rolling: The heated tube blank is rolled through the rolling mill to form the preliminary form of the pipe.
3. Pipeline forming and processing stage:
Perforation: The perforation process is carried out on the rolled blank to form the initial aperture of the pipe.
Drawing and rolling: The tube blank with a smaller aperture is stretched and rolled to form it into a longer and finer pipe.
Welding: Welding of the formed pipe, usually using submerged arc welding, high-frequency induction welding or resistance welding technology.
Straightening and cooling: The welded pipe is straightened to ensure the straightness and shape of the pipe, and then cooled by cooling equipment.
