1. Material preparation stage:
Material selection: Select high-quality billets or steel plates that meet the specifications as raw materials, usually carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel.
Cutting and pretreatment: The cutting, sawing or cutting of selected billets or steel plates to prepare them to the size and shape suitable for the production of H-beams.
2. Heating and prebending stage:
Heating: The billet or steel plate is heated to the appropriate temperature to facilitate the subsequent forming process.

3. Molding and rolling stage:
Rolling initial shape: the pre-bent steel is fed into the rolling mill of the H-beam steel production line, and after a series of rolling, it is preliminically formed.
Finishing and shaping: finishing and shaping the initial shape of the steel to ensure that its size and geometry meet the standard requirements.
4. Cooling and cutting stage:
Cooling: The formed H-shaped steel is cooled through the cooling equipment to solidify its shape and structure.
Cutting: The cooled H-shaped steel is cut to a standard length or a specific size as needed.
