The production process of galvanized coil mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality cold rolled steel coil as raw material, and unify specifications and varieties. These steel coils are tested, oiled, and rust removed before production to ensure that the quality of the galvanized coils is qualified.
Steel coil processing: the selected steel coil is pre-treated by cutting, trimming, straightening, leveling, etc., so that it can reach the size and shape required for production.
Steel coil cleaning treatment: clean the pre-treated steel coil to remove oil, dust and other impurities on the surface.
Surface treatment of steel coil: The use of pickling, pickling after washing, pickling after alkali washing and other surface pretreatment methods, the purpose is to remove surface oxidation, rust, oil and other impurities, so that the surface of the steel plate clean and smooth, easy to follow galvanizing treatment and processing.
Galvanized treatment: After the surface treatment is completed, the steel plate is galvanized. There are two main methods of galvanizing treatment: hot dip galvanizing and electric galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is to dip the steel plate into the melted zinc tank to make the surface adhere to a layer of zinc; Electrogalvanizing is to form a zinc layer on the surface of the steel plate by electrolysis.
